FRAN BARTLETT: Owner and Managing Partner is a Resident of Clearwater, FL, Ms. Bartlett has over 30 years experience in business ownership. Prior companies were in fitness, data processing, software and finance. She also owns The Lobster Pot Bistro, located in Clearwater Beach.
MARK FRANKUM - GENERAL MANAGER, RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
Mark has been the General Manager for SouthBeach Grill for four years. In summer of 2010 he transitioned the grill to The Lobster Pot Bistro which offers a more casual dining experience. After the succesful transition he was promoted to General Manager of Restaurant operations; overseeing both The Lobster Pot and Lobster Pot Bistro.
